I will be offering daily meditation emails again for January 2024. Are you interested in participating?
Similar to previous years, I’ll send out an email each day in January. My idea this year is to cover a topic over three days – one day focused reading/listening, one day focused on reflection, and the third day for practice. We’ll also have one day a week for cultivating heart qualities.
The topic this year is the path to happiness. Based on the Buddha’s teaching on the Noble Eightfold Path, we’ll follow this roadmap to mindful living – a path to happiness through practical principles that cultivate wisdom, harmonious conduct, and mental discipline, all of which guide us towards a more fulfilling life.
